Mentor in a Box was created by the Maisie Project fellowship team of the 2017 Fall Cohort of the Partnership for Public Service Excellence in Government Fellows program. Named after the young daughter of a team member, the Maisie Project aims to connect women at all levels of federal service with the tools they need to achieve Senior Executive Service positions, so that all women who choose to serve can soar.
