Advanced Communications Training (LCC ACT) is a six-part webinar series is designed to promote understanding and application of partner cultural awareness, partnership communication, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills to support partner activities in the LCC community of practice. Four webinars feature instructor-led presentations, interactive exercises and facilitated discussion. Pre-webinar assignments include instructional videos created to support webinar interactions. Two Campfire Chat webinars feature case studies and peer-learning discussions among course participants. This course is delivered entirely online.

Course Objectives:
Participants will:
- Learn from your peers and build your LCC professional network
- Explore models of success and lessons learned in multi-party partnership networks
- Gain new insights on the best practices for effective communication

Target Audience:
Participants will include representatives from the USFWS LCC network including the employees of federal agencies and nonprofit organizations.
