Course TitleSupervisory Ethics
DescriptionSupervisors are responsible for modeling ethical behavior and providing advice and guidance to employees regarding ethics. This on-line program has been developed to help ensure supervisors know how to find answers to a variety of ethical dilemmas. The key to this on-line course is learning how to find answers to questions that arise about employee conduct and activities and ensure compliance with Federal regulations. This course is a prerequisite for the course 'BLM/FWS/NPS Supervisory Skills Workshop' and as such, should be taken before attending that residential course.

- Determine the correct course of action when presented with an ethics dilemma
- Learn 'ethics terminology'
