|Cancellation Policy: All course applicants, including FWS personnel, who cancel their reservation 4 weeks or less, prior to the start of a class and fail to provide a substitute, are charged in full for tuition, NCTC guest room and meal costs.
Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel your attendance, you must go into your DOI LEARN account and request that your registration be dropped. Login to DOI LEARN, at http://www.doi.gov/doilearn, click on the 'My Home' tab, select 'My Elective Learning' from the right column, click on the button next to the class name and click the 'Drop Course' button.

ATTENTION: All requests for interpreters or other special requirements must be received by one of the contacts above no later than 45 days prior to the start of class. Requests received after the 45-day deadline may result in our inability to provide the requested services.
SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS: The Dining Hall provides kosher and gluten-free foods as well as vegetarian and vegan meals.
|Special Items to Bring:||General attire for NCTC training courses is casual dress. The NCTC is a walking campus, so sturdy, comfortable shoes are strongly recoomended. Bring rain gear and boots for inclement weather.|

Confirmation Instructions - A lodging room has been tentatively blocked for you for only the check-in and check-out dates identified above. You must confirm your room, by calling NCTC Hotel Reservations, 877.706.6282, by the date identified at the left. Please identify any special requests at the time of your confirmation. If you will not be staying on campus, you must send an e-mail to NCTC_Registrar@fws.gov and cancel your room.
If you find you will not be able to attend your class, you must call NCTC Hotel Reservations and cancel your room.
Shuttle Reservations - All persons planning to use the NCTC shuttle to and from Dulles International Airport must call NCTC Hotel Reservations. You must also call them if you need to cancel your reservation. Go to the Shuttle Information page for additional details.
